The City of Clearwater is proud to spotlight Irrigation Management, a locally owned business dedicated to keeping our community’s landscapes healthy and thriving.

Irrigation Management provides professional underground sprinkler system services for both residential and commercial properties. Owners Chris and April Vasecka have helped the company grow into a trusted name in the region. Chris initially operated as the sole employee, building a strong customer base before partnering with Irrigation Management. What began as a small operation has evolved into an 11 employee team. Today, the company services more than 1,300 properties from Clearwater to Eden Prairie, assisting approximately 60 properties daily with maintenance, repairs, seasonal start-ups, and winterizations.

Advancements in irrigation technology have significantly improved the efficiency of modern irrigation systems. New tools now allow sprinkler systems to connect directly to a Wi-Fi network, enabling smarter and more responsive water management. By integrating with local Doppler weather reports, these systems can monitor upcoming weather conditions and automatically adjust watering schedules based on expected rainfall, helping prevent overwatering and ensuring landscapes receive only the amount of water they need. As a result, homeowners and businesses can reduce water waste while lowering utility costs. New technologies also make it possible to shut systems off quickly during unexpected situations without needing to place an emergency service call. Irrigation Management places a strong emphasis on customer service as well, providing responsive support through knowledgeable office staff and experienced field technicians who ensure customers feel supported and well cared for throughout the entire process.
